Short readings on the things that actually get in the way — read aloud, in a real voice, by the person who chose the books.
Most self-help asks you to read a book you will not finish. This is built the other way round: a few minutes at a time, spoken, each reading drawn from a book worth reading, with the source named so you can go to it yourself if something lands.
It exists because there is a lot of good thinking on how to live, and almost none of it reaches the person who needs it on a Tuesday evening.
Plus, eventually, the part the name promises: how attention gets engineered, and what to do about it.
It is in private testing. A handful of people are going through it and telling me what is missing, what is too long, and what sounds like a lecture. That is exactly the stage where that feedback is worth the most, so it is not open to everyone yet.
If you know me and you would like to try it — or you would rather wait and hear when it is finished — just ask.
